Mr. Farid is a seasoned professional, having over four decades of life insurance experience with main focus on Marketing and Training. Prior to the appointment Mr. Rizwan has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Care Health and Life Insurance Company Limited. He has forty nine years experience in private, multinational and public sectors industrial and financial services marketing, leadership, product design, recruitment, selection, training and development of human capital.

Dr. Bakht Jamal Shaikh – Chief Operating Officer, COO

Dr Bakht Jamal Shaikh is an MBBS from Karachi University, a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Master Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI/M) from LOMA Atlanta USA. He has over sixteen years experience in Life Operations (including Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance and Policyholders Services) in Pakistan and Middle East.

Mr. Ghazanfar ul Islam – Chief Financial Officer, EVP

Mr. Ghazanfar is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has over ten years of experience in financial management at key positions. During last five years his experience has been specifically related with Islamic finance. He has supervised and participated in large number of Islamic financing arrangements. He has vast experience in wide range of other financial and management areas including audit and financial consultancy.

Mr. Masta Khan – Group Marketing, AVP

Mr. Masta Khan a professional Marketer having MS(MS) with specialization in Marketing from PAF KIET, and MBA Marketing from Hamdard university as well as MBA Finance from International university MISSAURI (Pakistan Centre) and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Managers Karachi joined M/s DFTL as AVP/Zonal Sales Manager in April, 2009 in Group Marketing Department. Prior to DFTL Mr. Masta Khan had been working in M/s Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited the Unit of Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development in Asia in Sales Managerial level positions for more than 8 years. Mr. Khan Started selling and marketing Group life/Group family takaful products from the national level life Insurance Corporation (SLIC), wherein he worked as Sector Head Group marketing Department for 4 years. Mr. Khan also functioned as Manager Marketing and Business operation with M/s Fancy Group of companies for more than 5 years. Mr. Masta Khan also had performed as projects Accountant in Engineering companies in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for 8 years in the start of his practical career.

Mr. Mohammad Asif Haque – Head of Information Technology, SVP

Mr. Mohammad Asif Haque holds MBA degree in Information Systems and Electronic Commerce from Georgia State University USA. He started his career as an Oracle Financials Consultant after graduating from IBA Karachi. He has extensive experience in ERP implementation, business process re-engineering and business process mapping. He previously worked at Pakistan State Oil Corporation and oversaw the successful implementation of a number of SAP Modules.

Mr. Muhammad Furqan is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has over eight years of professional experience of audit and finance. He was associated with two leading international accounting firms Price Water House Coopers (PWC) and Deloitte where he acquired extensive knowledge and experience of audit and financial consultancy. He also has working experience in Middle East countries.

Mr. Nasir Mahmood – Head of Individual Marketing & Alternate Distribution, SVP

Mr. Nasir Mahmood is a graduate from University of Karachi and a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA, ATLANTA USA. He has extensive experience of Marketing & Sales in both Canada & Pakistan of over nine years. His experience in Canada includes both Agency Distribution and Independent Brokerage.

Mr. Fahad Alam – Head of Compliance and Company Secretary, AVP

Mr. Fahad Alam is an associate member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He is currently at the final stage of chartered accountancy examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has previously worked with a leading International accounting firm Deloitte for seven years, where he acquired extensive experience and knowledge of finance, audit and regulatory framework in Pakistan & Middle East. He has also served as Head of Compliance and Internal Audit in an Investment Bank.

Mr. Tasawur Ali – Manager Training & Development

He is a lecturer & trainer by profession since 1999. His diverse teaching exposure began from Academic teaching of students at Intermediate and Undergraduate levels. He provided Corporate Training to companies like UBL, SSGC, and PIA in business communication skills. He has also taught a wider array of topics related with Islamic Financial Concepts, Marketing Activity for Takaful Consultants with different Takaful firms. He has authored several books and professional manuals related to academic and corporate studies.

Mrs. Shahana Shaikh - AVP Operations

Mrs. Shahana Shaikh is an MBA finance. She has twenty years of experience of insurance and finance. She has worked with the largest life Insurance Company of Pakistan, at its Dubai office, where she acquired diversified experience of underwriting, reinsurance, claims & policy holder services of individual life.

Mr. Muhammad Khalid is an MBA. He has over ten years experience of organization administration and corporate advertisement and branding. He has been associated with well reputed organizations like 3M and BRR Guardian Modaraba.
